The interiors preserve the character of traditional Tuscan rural architecture, with natural materials, exposed wooden beams and bright spaces that create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The residence is designed to ensure both comfort and practicality, featuring a convivial living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms dedicated to rest and relaxation.
The layout makes it ideal for families or small groups, offering the right balance between shared moments and privacy.
Outdoors, the estate opens onto peaceful landscapes of olive groves, fields and rolling hills, while the panoramic swimming pool and gardens invite guests to fully enjoy life in the open air.

Pleae Note
During the high and mid seasons, the residences are available for weekly stays only, from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays are available during the low season.
Small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool area.
Pricing Information
- € 100 Per person, per extra bed, per week
- € 150 Deposit
- Supplement of € 50 Additional charge per dog. Only one dog is allowed per residence.
- € 3 Per person aged 12 and over (Tourist Tax)
- Payment: 30% deposit at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due one week before arrival
- Cancellation Policy: 50% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within one month of arrival
- 100% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made one week or less before arrival
- Check-in: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
