Located on the first floor of one of the estate’s farmhouses, Cipresso accommodates up to 3 guests in a bright and well-balanced space. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a simple, welcoming lounge, while the sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom, designed to offer discreet and authentic comfort.
Large openings frame the Tuscan countryside, with its rolling hills, open fields and peaceful natural landscape. Shared spaces—such as the garden, swimming pool and outdoor areas—complete the experience, offering moments of relaxation immersed in an authentic and carefully preserved rural setting.
Cipresso offers a balanced way of living: sharing time together without giving up calmness, space and a sense of harmony.

Pleae Note
During the high and mid seasons, the residences are available for weekly stays only, from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays are available during the low season.
Small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool area.
Pricing Information
- € 100 Per person, per extra bed, per week
- € 150 Deposit
- Supplement of € 50 Additional charge per dog. Only one dog is allowed per residence.
- € 3 Per person aged 12 and over (Tourist Tax)
- Payment: 30% deposit at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due one week before arrival
- Cancellation Policy: 50% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within one month of arrival
- 100% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made one week or less before arrival
- Check-in: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
