Located on the first floor of the main farmhouse, Rosa welcomes up to two guests in an intimate and beautifully balanced setting. The interiors flow naturally from one space to another, featuring a bright double bedroom, a cosy living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen designed to make every moment feel effortless and comfortable.
Large windows fill the interiors with natural light and frame the surrounding landscape, while the private patio and shared outdoor spaces blend seamlessly into the estate’s beautifully maintained gardens, surrounded by fragrant scents, peaceful silence and sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside.
Rosa offers an experience of understated simplicity—a place to embrace the authentic spirit of Tuscany, where nature, tranquillity and the quiet rituals of everyday life regain their true meaning.

Pleae Note
During the high and mid seasons, the residences are available for weekly stays only, from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays are available during the low season.
Small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool area.
Pricing Information
- € 100 Per person, per extra bed, per week
- € 150 Deposit
- Supplement of € 50 Additional charge per dog. Only one dog is allowed per residence.
- € 3 Per person aged 12 and over (Tourist Tax)
- Payment: 30% deposit at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due one week before arrival
- Cancellation Policy: 50% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within one month of arrival
- 100% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made one week or less before arrival
- Check-in: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
